How does your Reputation Marketing system work?

This system makes building your online reputation easy using a whole host of other automated processes including:

  1. Finding your most satisfied patients and helping them post on the main review sites
  2. Offering disatissfied patients an easy way to get in touch with you so you can resolve their concerns and save them from posting negative reviews online

To start with, we’ll set up a “review funnel” for you to help you generate more reviews on the sites where you most need them.

The funnel begins on your website with a dedicated page where patients can indicate their level of satisfaction with your service by giving you a quick 1-click star rating out of 5. Once they’ve given you a rating, they’re taken to a next step to help you get more reviews online or to resolve their issue…

When a patient leaves you a high rating, they’ll be presented with one or more links to the main online review sites (Google, Yell, Facebook, etc) and asked if they’d help you out by posting a review about you there (you can choose which review sites you’d like to target).

If you receive a negative rating, your patient will be presented with a brief message explaining that you aim for 100% patient satisfaction and would like to hear more about their issue using the contact form that automatically appears below the message. This will give you a chance to resolve their complaint before it has a chance to be posted online…

Your reputation mangement system will also give you the option to collect reviews live on your site and whether to display your reviews from all over the internet there or not (we can set it to only display 4 or 5-star reviews or whatever you prefer).

Our system will also take your positive reviews and automatically post them on your social media channels, too.

To help you get even more reviews, we’ll also provide you with simple “review snippets” that you can cut and paste into your emails that will allow the receiver to give you a star rating and enter your review funnel. This is especially useful when you’ve been able to help someone by email: any time someone expresses appreciation you can simply respond with “You’re welcome – happy to help” and then paste in the star rating snippet below your signature. Or, if you prefer, you can simply set it to appear on every email you send.

Finally, to show you how your reputation management system is benefitting your online presence, each month you’ll receive a full report detailing how many new reviews you’ve received, their content, your overall rating and listing strength, and how many times you’ve received each rating from 1 to 5 stars.

With this system, your patients are encouraged to give you a star rating on your own website. As such these reviews have nothing to do with Google or any other site that displays reviews or ratings…

Once a patient has rated you on your site, those who leave positive reviews (e.g. 4 or 5 stars) are given the option to share their review online and are presented with a choice of links to the review sites of your choice.

Patients who leave negative reviews are not presented with this option – instead their feedback is redirected to you by email so you can handle their complaint in a timely manner and prevent it finding its way online.

What’s the best way to make this work for our business?

The best way to make this Reputation Marketing system work for your business is simply to implement (or have us implement!) all the features it offers…

For example, we’ll provide you with some simple graphics you can copy and paste into your emails that include the link to your ratings page – but they won’t work unless you use them…

Likewise, there’s a marketing campaign function that can send out a polite email asking patients if they’d be willing to leave a review about your practice. We can set this up for you but we’ll need to add in your emails into the system for you.

There’s very little required on your side to make this system work, but it’s best if you can provide the information we need to set things up for you (email info, etc) as soon as you can when needed…

Can we select which review sites we want to encourage patients to review us on?

Yes – let us know which review sites you wish to prioritise and we can see them up according to your preferences. After someone has left a positive rating for your business they’ll be presented with one or more links to whichever online review sites you prefer.

You can also have just one review site appear (e.g. Google) and then when you have gathered enough reviews on that site, you can switch to another, and rotate and repeat as you see fit.

This enables you to gather a large number of reviews on a variety of review sites – enhancing your online reputation wherever people are searching for information about your business.
